无烟煤配煤炼焦的试验研究

摘    要:针对生产中的5种煤进行了煤质分析和焦炭强度测定,以添加无烟煤为基础,采用型煤炼焦及正交设计进行配煤方案制定,确定4因素3水平正交表L9(3^4)。对试验结果进行了极差分析,排列了各煤种影响因素的次序,并揭示出各煤种配比对焦炭强度的影响规律,确定出最佳配煤方案。

Abstract:Coal quality analysis and coke strength measurement are made on the basis of 5 kinds of coals used in production,based on adding anthracite,the method used briquette coking and coal blending scheme is formulated by orthogonal design,4 factors 3 horizontal orthogonal table L9(34) is defined.The rank difference analysis is made on test result,the order of influence factor of individual coals is arranged,and the influence law of blending ratio of individual coals is studied so as to define optimum blending sch...
