摘    要:以酸性亚磷酸二烷基酯、硫、脂肪胺为原料,在催化剂作用下合成的硫代磷酸酯胺盐T310A具有优良的极压抗磨减摩性能、热氧化安定性能以及水解安定性能,是一种使用性能比较全面的多功能含磷添加剂。与T310硼化硫代磷酸酯胺盐抗磨剂相比,T310A具有更好的极压抗磨性能及与各种基础油的适应性能,可用于溶剂精制基础油、加氢精制基础油、合成基础油等基础油中。T310A与其它添加剂复合研制的T4208齿轮油复合剂以质量分数为4.2%的加剂量用于加氢精制基础油中研制的80W/90重负荷车辆齿轮油质量达到且高于APIGL-5水平。

Abstract:Dihydrocarbyl phosphate, sulfur and aliphatic amine were catalytic synthesized for preparing T310A thiophosphate, a new anti-wear additive, possessing superior extreme pressure antiwear and friction reducing performance, good thermal oxidation stability and hydrolytic stability. In comparison with T310 boronating thiophosphate, multifunctional phosphorus-containing additive T310A exhibited better extreme pressure antiwear property, as well as adaptability for various base oils, such as common base oil, hydrogenated base oil and synthetic base oil. A gear oil additive package (T4208) was formulated by using T310A thiophosphate and other additives. The 80W/90 heavy-duty automobile gear oil with 4.2% of said additive package in hydrogenated base oil reached and exceeded the standard of API GL-5.
