摘    要:采用B、Si,Cr提高熔覆层的硬度与耐磨性,稀土元素提高熔覆层的综合性能,对Fe-Cr-Ni-B-Si-RE第列铁基合金进行正交试验,通过表面质量分析,能谱成分析,显微硬度试验与分析,扫描电镜组织分析,成分设计,工艺试验,组织与性能分析和评价,获得了比较理想的Fe-Cr-Ni-B-Si-RE系列铁基合金激光熔覆合金粉末的配方成分。

Abstract:Boron, Silicon and Chromium are adopted to enhance hardness and wear of cladding, rare earths are used to advance whole performance of the cladding. By means of orthogonal experimental design method to design the Fe-alloy (Fe-Cr-Ni-B-Si-RE).It is discussed that there are some imperfections caused by analysis of surface quality, spectrum ingredient, hardness and microstructure. It is found that perfect ingredient about the laser cladding of iron-base serried alloy.
