| 摘 要： | 结合我国输变电工程项目质量管理的实际情况和输变电工程项目的具体特点,从成熟度理论角度出发,构建了适用于我国输变电工程项目质量管理成熟度模型,并综合层次分析法(AHP)、特征向量法和隶属因子赋值法对其评价进行研究,最后通过实例演算,验证了该方法对项目成熟度评价的有效性.

| Abstract: | Combination of Transmission Project Quality Management in China's actual situation and the specific characteristics of power transmission projects,from the perspective of maturity theory to construct suitable for the quality of our transmission project management maturity model,and integrated the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP),the eigenvector method and the method of its evaluation under the factors studied.Finally,an example calculation,shows that the methods to evaluate the effectiveness of the Project Maturity Assessment. |
