| 摘 要： | 阐述了电网停电计划与供电可靠性的紧密关系,指出了目前计划停电管理工作中存在的问题,并以城区供电公司计划停电管理工作为例,说明了良好的计划停电管理工作可以提高供电可靠性,对如何利用计划停电管理提高配电网供电可靠性进行了探讨.

| Abstract: | Close relationship of planned interruption and reliability of power supply was illustrated. And problems exist- ing in planned interruption management were pointed out. Taking planned interruption management of Urban Power Supply Company as an illustration, planned interruption management with good performance could enhance reliability of power supply. Moreover, measures to increase reliability of power supply of distribution system based on planned interruption management were discussed in this paper. |
