磁流体密封的磁场数值分析及优化设计

摘    要:介绍了磁性液体密封的理论,并应用ANSYS有限元分析软件对一个三槽四齿密封结构进行磁场有限元分析,并进一步对极齿尺寸进行优化设计。通过对计算结果进行的分析和讨论,结果表明,转轴侧极齿处与两侧齿槽处的磁场强度差决定密封装置的密封能力;密封间隙不宜超过0.3 mm;对极齿尺寸进行优化设计后提高了密封装置的密封能力,减小了密封装置的体积,为实际设计提供依据。

Abstract:Magnetic field distributions of the magnetic fluid sealing devices,with the structure of three slots and four pole teeth,were simulated with the finite element software package ANSYS.The simulated results show that the sealing capacity critically depends on the differences between the maximum and minimum magnetic field strength closely around the shaft.We suggest that the gap to be sealed should be less than 0.3 mm wide.
