摘    要:介绍了一种新型的压花机高精度长度控制系统。该装置利用可编程控制器和触摸屏组成串行通信系统,将编码器采集到的数据在触摸屏中显示,利用伺服电机控制压花机运行长度,有效地降低了电机故障率,提高了企业的经济效益和竞争力。

Abstract:A kind of new typed high precision length control system of embossing machine was introduced.This device uses the serial communication system constituted by the programmable controller and the touching screen to let the data collected by coder be displayed in the touching screen.Using the servo-motor to control the traveling length of the embossing machine thus effectively lowered the failure rate of motor and enhanced the economic benefit and competitive strength of enterprises.
