活化煤矸石超细粉体的制备技术研究

摘    要:采用高温煅烧与控制硅酸二钙晶相转变活化煤矸石及制备煤矸石超细粉体。用X射线衍射法对煤矸石及活化煤矸石的矿物组成进行了测定,煤矸石的主要矿物为莫来石(3Al2O3·2SiO2)与石英(SiO2),活化煤矸石的主要矿物为硅酸二钙(C2S)和七铝十二钙(C12A7);研究了影响硅酸二钙晶相转变的主要因素:钙硅比、煅烧温度、煅烧时间、样品冷却方式等,找出了有利于硅酸二钙晶相转变的最佳参数,有效消除阻止C2S晶相转变的干扰因素,煤矸石高温烧结料自粉化率达到100%,自粉化料平均粒径小于1.0μm。

Abstract:Calcining at high temperature and controlling the crystal change of 2CaO·SiO2 are adoped to activated coal gangue and to prepare ultrafine powder of coal gangue. Mineral compositions of coal gangue and activated coal gangue are measured. The main compositions of coal gangue are mullite (3Al2O3·2SiO2) and quartz (SiO2),and those of the activated coal gangue are 2CaO·SiO2 and 12 CaO·7Al2O3 ·The main factors such as the ratio of calcium and silicate, the calcination temperature, time and the cooling mode of sample which influencing the crystal change of 2CaO·SiO2 are investigated.The best process parameters that propitious to the crystal change of 2CaO·SiO2 are founded out. Disturbing factors of crystal change of 2CaO·SiO2 are eliminated effectively and the complete self pulverization of coal gangue sinter is realized.The average diameter of particles is less than 1.0 μm.
