| 摘 要： | 在中国高等教育大众化进程中 ,精英教育似乎不应忽略 ,而要努力造就具有世界水准的政治精英、学术精英和国际精英。因为小康社会的本质不仅仅是人民的安居乐业 ,更是要让中国人都扬眉吐气。只有一流大学才能完成精英培养的使命 ,但一流大学并非只是“大而全”的模式。

| Abstract: | During the massification of the higher education in China, the elite education should not be ignored, instead, world-level political, academic and international elites are necessarily to be created, for the nature of a well-off society should not just stand for the people's easy living and happy working, but more importantly, it is expected to make all Chinese people feel proud of their nation. Only the first-class universities can undertake the mission of fostering elites, while they don't definitely mean a "large and complex" mode. |
