| 摘 要： | 本实验采用溶液聚合法，以甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸羟乙酯和丙烯酸为单体，以正丁醇和水为环保溶剂，过氧化苯甲酰为热引发剂，制得了水性丙烯酸树脂。并改变其中不同组分多次重复实验，得到了不同的试样。进行成膜实验，分别比较其粘度及成膜效果等方面的差异，研究其中各组分对反应的影响，从而得到较理想的配方。

| Abstract: | Water borne resin is prepared via solution polymerization in which methyl mcthacrylate, butyl acrylate,and acrylic acid are used as monomers,n-butanol and water as solvent,and BPO as the initiator. The experiment is repeated several times using different formulation to get diflerent samples. By comparing the viscosity and the effect of film of the resin and analyzing thc effect of different monomers on the product, the ideal lbrmulation is decided. |
