原生钒矿轮窑钠化焙烧生产工艺的研究

摘    要:在国内首先采用轮窑作为焙烧设备实现了从原生钒矿中钠化提钒工业化生产,通过对炉料各组分间高温焙烧反应的理论计算选择了最佳工艺条件,并取得了满意的技术经济指标,钒的转化率在65%以上,总回收率高达54.70%。

Abstract:The industrial scale production of sodiumization-vanadium extraction from primary vanadium ores was realized for the first time in China with wheel kiln as the roasting equipment. The optimum technological conditions were selected on the basis of the theorectical calculation of the high temperature roasting reaction of various components of the charge and satisfactory economical and technical results were achieved. The vanadium conversion rate was over 65% and the total recovery was as high as 54. 7%.
