通过物料衡算与热量衡算，对甲醇合成反应过程进行了建模，以matlab语言为工具进行了多元非线性方程组的求解与验证，从而定量给出了各种工况下的工艺指标、各股物料参数，定量分析和探讨了各操作参数对合成反应过程的影响。

Module Build-up, Analysis and Optimization for Methanol Synthesis Process

Through both material balance calculation and heat balance calculation, module was established for synthetic reaction of methanol, taking matlab language as a tool, the solution and verification were made for multi-element and non-linear equation group, so the process indexes under various working conditions and the material parameters of each stream were given, the effect of operating parameters on synthetic reaction was quantitatively analyzed and discussed.
