纳米Zr-Ti-Al复合氧化物杂化PI薄膜的耐电晕性

摘    要:采用微乳化-热液法制备了一系列不同比例Zr-Ti改性的纳米氧化铝分散液,用原位聚合法分别制备了无机纳米杂化聚酰亚胺复合薄膜,研究不同的Zr-Ti比例对杂化薄膜的耐电晕性、电导电流及电老化阈值的影响.结果表明:复合薄膜的耐电晕性有明显提高,当Zr:Ti=2:3时,耐电晕寿命达到最大;电老化阈值随Ti含量的增加呈现先增大后减小的趋势.当Zr:Ti=3:2时,电老化阈值达到最大.

Abstract:A series of nano-Alumina dispersions modified by different ratios of Zr-Ti were prepared by micro emulsion-hydrothermal method, and the corresponding inorganic nano-hybrid polyimide composite films were prepared through in-situ polymerization method. The effects of different ratio of Zr-Ti on corona-resistance were studied by measurements of conduction current and electrical degradation threshold of the hybrid films. The results showed that the corona-resistant performance of composite films significantly improved. When the ratio of Zr-Ti was 2 : 3, the corona-resistant life achieves the best, the electrical degradation threshold showed increase trend at first and decrease afterward with the content of Ti increasing. When the ratio of Zr-Ti was 3:2, the electrical degradation threshold reaches maximum.
