高频感应加热电源相位跟踪系统

摘    要:针对感应加热电源工作在高频状态时,存在相位跟踪困难、工作功率小和工作状态不稳定等问题,采用基于TMS320F2812的高频感应加热电源的相位跟踪方法,使负载等效阻抗时刻处于弱感性状态,解决了感应加热电源工作在高频状态所遇到的问题.设计了功率MOSFET的驱动电路、电压和电流相位信号的采集与处理电路,给出了TMS320F2812处理负载电压相位信号和电流相位信号的方法和产生移相PWM信号的方法,最后搭建实验平台进行了实验验证.实验结果表明,所设计的相位信号处理电路能够快速稳定地向TMS320F2812发送电压和电流的相位信号,且延迟小;TMS320F2812可以生成移相PWM信号,其移相范围大、工作稳定.

Abstract:Aiming at problems of phase tracking and power,when induction heating power supply working at high frequency state,according to the characteristics of series resonant,a phase tracking method of induction heating power supply based on TMS320F2812 is used to solve those problems.The method makes load equivalent impedance low inductance.We studied the schematic diagram of the signal processing circuit,discovered the method of producing phase-shift PWM signal by TMS320F2812,and studied how to drive power MOSFET,also built experiment platform for experimental verification.According to the experiment results,we can see that phase signal processing circuit send phase signal of voltage and current to the TMS320F2812 rapidly and steadily,and then TMS320F2812 can produce phase-shift PWM signal so this the phase tracking method is effective and stable.
