声光调QCO_2激光器的动力学模型

摘    要:利用六温度模型理论对声光调QCO2激光器的动力学过程进行了理论分析,并与速率方程理论计算的结果进行了比较,证明这两种理论在激光输出性能方面的计算结果基本一致。六温度模型理论模拟的脉冲激光波形有明显的拖尾,与实验结果更相符,且更全面地解释了激光器工作气体中不同分子能级间的能量转移过程。利用六温度模型模拟了输出功率作为输出镜透射率的函数曲线,得到了最佳输出镜透射率参数,其结果与实验相符。实验表明,输出窗口的透射率对激光输出性能影响明显,可通过优化输出镜透射率来改善激光器的输出性能。实验中获得的激光脉冲宽度为160 ns,峰值功率为4750 W。
