| 摘 要： | 矛盾重重的农村就不是和谐农村,人民调解制度在农村的民事纠纷解决中发挥着不可替代的作用,和谐农村的建设有赖于人民调解制度的建立与完善。本文通过分析农村人民调解制度的功能特点及该制度目前存在的问题,提出了一些完善人民调解制度的建议。

| Abstract: | Numerous contradictions in the rural areas is not a harmonious countryside.The people mediate system to solve in the countryside civil dispute is playing the role which cannot be substituted,and a harmonious countryside construction depends on the establishment and the improving of the people mediate system.Through analyzing mediate system's function and characteristics,this article will provide some suggestions about how to improve it. |
