| 摘 要： | 高层商住楼是近年来发展较快的一种建筑类型，它对人居环境持续发展的影响越来越引起人们的注意，对高层商住楼是否符合人居环境持续发展要求的有利和不利方面进行分析，并就高层商住楼如何实现可持续设计从保护自然生态环境，改善区域城市环境和营造健康生活环境三个方面进行初步的探讨．

Combined with examples , this article will primarily explore two factors involving whether the sustainable development of living conditions could be realized by this type and how to achieve this goal. |
