摘    要:针对某地下工程需配制C30~C60泵送免振捣自密实混凝土的设计目标,采用掺优质粉煤灰、膨胀剂和高效减水剂的技术路线,优化配合比设计,配制出坍落扩展度达650~700 mm的具有高流动性、高抗离析性和自填充性、高抗渗性能的高性能混凝土,满足地下工程结构自密实自防水的设计使用要求。

Abstract:Aiming at design of underground project require C30-C60 pumping self-compacting and self-water proofing concrete, adopted technical line of mixing high quality fly ash, expansion admixture and high efficiency water-reducing agent, optimized mix design,and confected high-pefformanee concrete with slump flow up to 650-700 nun, good flowability, strong segregation resistance and self-filling ability and impermeability that meet the design and use requirement of underground project with self-compacting and self-water proofing structure.
