| 摘 要： | 分析了高分子聚合物分散剂在铁氧体软磁材料料浆制备中的应用机理，通过实验对比筛选出了高效高分子聚合物分散剂，研究了分散剂对料浆参数及颗粒料的影响．研究表明，高分子分散剂可以降低分散体系的粘度，改善料浆的流动性，增加固体含量，提高粉碎效率，改善颗粒形貌，同时提高颗粒料的粉末特性质量．

| Abstract: | In this paper, the application mechanism of high polymer dispersing agent in the preparation of soft magnetic materials is analysed. By means of experiment and comparison,a kind of effective high polymer dispersing agent is selected. And a research is made on the effects of high polymer dispersing agent on granules and the parameters of slurry. High polymer dispersing agent can reduce the viscosity of dispersion,improve the flowability of slurry, increase the proportion of solid content, heighten the effectiveness of grinding, perfect the shape of granules, and finally improve the quality of granules. |
