| 摘 要： | 山美水电站1#,2#机组增容改造经5个方案比选后,采用更换定子铁芯、定子绕组、转子磁极线圈,并将绝缘等级提高到F级,并改造通风冷却系统,在保持原水电站水工建筑、引水管道、蜗壳、固定导叶、导叶、尾水管、主轴等大件基本不改变的条件下,重新设计、研制新转轮的方案,实施后,单机出力由15 MW增至16.5 MW,实现了提高增容技改的改造目标。

| Abstract: | Based on comparison of five alternatives,the upgrade measures for No.1 and No.2 turbine generator units of Shanmei Hydropower Station are determined,including replacing stator core,stator winding and rotor pole winding;upgrading the insulation class to F;modifying ventilation system;designing and manufacturing new runner to increase the unit output from 15MW to 16.5MW with the original hydraulic structure,diversion conduit,spiral case,stay vane,wicket gate,draft tube,main shaft etc.kept unchanged. |
