Abstract: | The synthesis and characterisation of a novel (η2-dppf)(η5-C5H5)Ru(CC)-1,4-(C6H4)PPh2–Au–CC-bipy({Ti](μ-σ,π-CCSiMe3)2}Cu)]PF6 (dppf = 1,1′-bis(diphenylphosphino)ferrocene) is reported in which five different transition metals (Fe–Ru–Au–Cu–Ti) are linked by carbon-rich organic bridging units. |
