摘    要:为提高入选冶金锰的品位和保证较高的回收率,进行选矿预富集是必要的。采用集合体选矿,通过分级粗细级别分别进行强磁选,可以得到较好的选别指标。最终指标为精矿锰品位32.56%,银品位248.8g/t,锰回收率93.01%,银回收率74.65%。

Abstract:It is difficult to utilize the silver and manganese ores of lower grade in the technological level at present. We can resolve this problem with combined flowsheet of mineral processing and metallurgy. It is necessary for pre-concentration to increase the grade and have a good recovery. Through adopting aggregate ore to concentrate, coarse ore and fine ore use different magnetic separation technology. We can have a good metallurgical performance which is advantaged for metallurgical experiment. The grade of manganese in concentration is 32.56%. The content of silver in concentration is 248.8 g/t. The recovery of manganese is 93.01%. The recovery of silver is 74.65%.
