油气管线在役焊接烧穿的影响因素及研究现状

摘    要:压力管道在役焊接修复时间短,速度快,对管道正常运行影响小,有巨大的经济效益和广阔的应用前景.但是在役焊接时可能发生烧穿,有很大危险性.本文总结了对于在役焊接烧穿研究的意义,分析了管道的壁厚,管内压力,焊接的线能量等因素对于烧穿的影响.总结了国内外对于烧穿研究的成果及不足之处,展望了在役焊接烧穿的研究前景.

Abstract:Welding repair onto in-service pressure pipelines has good economic efficiency and application trend, because it is much quick and has little effect to normal run of pipeline. But it is also very dangerous because burn-through might happen during welding. The thesis summarizes the sense of the research of buru-through during in-service welding, and analyses the effect of pipe thickness, pressure, and heat input which are related to buru-through. It summarizes the achievements and disadvantages of burn-through research home and abroad. Finally, the development prospect of burn-through during in-service welding is pointed out.
