废水资源化利用在德兴铜矿的实践

摘    要:分析德兴铜矿废水来源和性质,介绍德兴铜矿酸碱废水综合治理及回水利用技术、酸性水堆浸提铜技术和化学硫化技术的工程应用。每年可回用选矿废水约10000万t,截至2014年底,累计从废石中回收铜19174t,从低浓度含铜酸性废水中回收硫化铜含铜5891t。可为同类型矿山的废水资源化利用提供借鉴。

Abstract:On the basis of analyzing the origin and characteristics of waste water in dexing copper mine, research the comprehensive acid and alkali waste water treatment and utilization, extraction of copper from heap leaching in acidic water,and chemical vulcanization method, and carry out the engineering application. The results show that about 100 million tons of ore dressing wastewater were reused each year; By the end of 2014, 19174 and 5891 tons of copper were cumulatively recovered from stone and low concentration acid wastewater, to be used for reference in wastewater recycling of the same kind of mines.
