内蒙古某微细粒浸染型金矿选矿工艺研究

摘    要:针对内蒙古某微细粒浸染、易泥化难处理金矿石,进行了选矿工艺试验研究。结果表明,采用阶段磨矿—重选抛尾—阶段选别的工艺流程,可以获得金精矿金品位68.12 g/t、金回收率81.31%的较好指标。氰化浸出可回收部分浮选尾矿中金,进一步提高金总回收率。

The Research On Mineral Processing Technology Of Micrograined-Disseminated Gold Ore In Inner Mongolia

Abstract:Mineral processing technology study was carried out on a Inner Mongolia refractory gold ore which micrograined-disseminated and easy to be slimed. The results showed that adopting a technological processes with stage grinding, discarding tailing via gravity concentration and stage flotation, a gold concentrate with gold content and recovery of 68.12 g/t and 81.31% can be obtained. Cyanide leaching of flotation tailings can further improved the total gold recovery.
