某低品位镁硅质磷矿石选矿试验研究

摘    要:采用新型捕收剂TF-64对某低品位镁硅质磷矿石进行了深入研究,采用正—反浮选工艺进行除镁降硅试验,正浮选采用碳酸钠和水玻璃作调整剂,反浮选采用硫酸作为抑制剂,捕收剂均采用TF-64药剂,闭路试验可得到P2O5品位31.04%、回收率81.28%的磷精矿,尾矿中含Si O225.82%,去除率为57.72%。扩大试验连续稳定运行了72 h,可得到磷精矿产率56.15%、P2O5品位30.45%、回收率80.68%的较好指标。本试验所获的选矿指标,为该低品位镁硅质磷矿石的开发利用提供了技术支撑。

MINERAL PROCESSING RESEARCH ON LOW-GRADEMAGNESIUM SILICEOUS PHOSPHATE ORE

Abstract:An in-depth research on a low grade magnesium siliceous phosphate ore, by adopting the new collector TF-64, was carried out. A positive-reverse flotation flowsheet based on the mineralogy of mineral samples was developed to removing magnesium and silicon minerals. In the positive flotation stage, sodium carbonate and sodium silicate were adopted as regulator. In the reverse flotation stage, sulfuric acid was used as depressant. And TF-64 was chose as collector in the both stages. The lab scale closed circuit experiment achieved phosphate concentrate with P2O5 grade of 31.04% and recovery of 81.28%. The grade of SiO2 in tailings is 25.82% and distribution of SiO2 is 57.72%. The 72 hours pilot plant test work achieved phosphate concentrate with P2O5 grade of 30.45%, recovery of 80.68% and mass recovery of 56.15%. The results of the research were very satisfactory, which can provide technical support for the exploitation and utilization of the low grade of magnesium siliceous phosphate ore.
