摘    要:以金川镍矿二矿区富矿矿石为研究对象,通过粒度检测和浮选试验,研究超声波在硫化镍矿浮选中的作用。结果表明,超声波能脱附硫化矿物表面附着的细粒脉石矿物,对磨矿后的矿浆,经超声波处理后,可以得到更高的镍品位和回收率;现场验证试验表明,对细度为-74μm占65%的现场一段磨矿产品,在保证Mg O低于6.50%的前提下,超声处理可使一段开路精矿镍回收率提高20.57%。

Abstract:The effect of ultrasonic on the flotation performance of nickel sulfide ores from the rich ores of Jinchuan No.2 mine area was studied through particle size measurement and flotation tests. Results show that ultrasonication can improve the desorption of fine gangue mineral on sulfide mineral surface and higher nickel grade and recovery can be obtained by ultrasonication for the milling pulp under the same flowsheet and reagents. Field-proven tests showed that under the premise of less than 6.5% MgO, the nickel recovery of concentrate improves 20.57% compared to the field conditions by ultrasonication.
