摘    要:密炼机转子转速是密炼机重要参数之一,它直接影响到密炼机的生产能力、功率消耗和炼胶质量。就2棱、3棱和6棱同步转子转速的变化对混炼过程的影响进行了分析研究。实验证明,不同转子的转速变化对混炼过程的影响是不同的。

Abstract:Rotor speed was one of the important parameters of the internal mixer.It directly affected the internal mixer's throughput,power consumption and rubber's quality.The affection of rotor speed's change on the mixing process in two,three and six nogs synchronous rotor internal mixers were analyzed and studied.The experiments proved that the different types rotor speed's change had different affections on mixing processes.
