基于小信号法的功率放大器的设计与仿真

摘    要:射频功率放大器是数传发射机中的关键部件,它是制约整个系统性能的关键因素。依据固态功率放大器的小信号设计法,设计两级L波段固态功率放大器,给出了详细的设计流程和仿真数据。首先对放大器的增益,级间耦合,输入,输出匹配进行了初步仿真,然后通过提取管子的封装后的散射参数,对其进行最大输出功率匹配仿真,最后对放大器匹配和稳定性进行总体仿真,最终结果达到设计指标。

Abstract:Radio frequency power amplifier is the most important data transmission component,which restricts the whole system performance.The L-band solid-state power amplifier is designed according to small signal method in this article,with detailed design process and simulation data.First,simulate the gain,interstage coupling,input and output matching of the amplifier.Second,by extracting the package parasitic elements of the device,optimize the output circuit for maximum RF power output.In the end,optimize the input circuit for best input match,excellent stability and maximum gain.The final simulation results meet the specification.
