模压Ni-CeO_2催化甲烷部分氧化反应性能研究

摘    要:利用溶液浸渍法制备了m(Ni)/m(CeO2)=9/1的模压Ni-CeO2催化剂,研究了其催化甲烷部分氧化制合成气反应的性能。系统考察了进料CH4/O2摩尔比、反应温度、空速等工艺条件对模压Ni-CeO2催化剂催化甲烷部分氧化制合成气反应性能的影响,并用扫描电镜(SEM)和X射线衍射(XRD)等方法对催化剂进行了表征。研究表明,在进料n(CH4)/n(O2)=1.9,反应温度930℃,空速1.2×105h-1的优化工艺条件下,模压Ni-CeO2催化剂表现出良好的甲烷部分氧化制合成气催化活性,CH4转化率为97%,H2和CO选择性分别为92%,98%。26h稳定性实验结果表明,Ni-CeO2催化剂在保持高催化活性的同时,也具有较好的稳定性。

Abstract:The molded Ni-CeO2 catalyst with a Ni/CeO2 mass ratio of 9 was prepared by the wetness impregnation method, and its performances for methane partial oxidation to synthesis gas were evaluated. The effects of the molar ratio of CH4 to O2 in feed gas, the reaction temperature and the space velocity on the catalytic performances were investigated. The catalysts were characterized by SEM and XRD. Under the optimum reaction conditions: feed gas CH4/O2 molar ratio of 1.9, temperature of 930℃ and GHSV of 1.2×105 h-1, the catalyst showed excellent activity with CH4 conversion of 97%, H2 selectivity of 92% and CO selectivity of 98%. The Ni-CeO2 catalyst performed well with good activity and stability during 26 hours stability experiment.
