摘    要:研究了谷氨酰胺在酸性条件下的水解特性后 ,建立了酸解 酶膜联用的谷氨酰胺定量分析方法。此方法的线性范围为 10~ 40mmol/L ,相关系数R =0 .999,分析误差为 0 .1mmol/L ,测量所需时间约为 30min。

Abstract:The properties of glutamine hydrolysis in the acidic solution were investigated and the analytical method of acidic hydrolysis coupled with enzyme membrane for glutamine was established. The relation was linear from 10 to 40?mmol/L(R=0.999) and the error was within 0.1?mmol/L. The process can be finished in 30?min.
