| 摘 要： | 基于UG软件设计环境，提出了砂型模具全参数设计流程。在模具设计过程中，利用WAVE功能实现了零件、铸件、模具的全参数化设计，方便了产品及模具的修改，提高了模具设计效率。

| Abstract: | Based on design environment of UG software, the entirely parameterized design process of sand mold is put forward. In the process of mold design, the entirely parameterized design of parts, cast parts and mold are fulfilled by using WAVE. It is convenient for modify molds and increases the efficiency of mold design. |
