造纸厂污水处理控制系统的设计与实现

摘    要:针对污水处理中曝气过程溶解氧控制对象的非线性、时变性以及不确定性等特点,提出了一种基于模糊自适应PID的控制方法,完成了溶解氧自适应模糊PID控制系统的设计,以Siemens S7编程实现.介绍了系统的工作原理、控制器设计、硬件和软件实现方案,并给出了试验结果.结果表明该控制系统弥补了常规PID和单纯模糊控制的不足,获得了更好的控制效果.

Abstract:Considering such characteristics of dissolved oxygen in aeration process as non-linearity, timevariability and uncertainty, a control algorithm based on fuzzy adaptive PID and a design of fuzzy adaptive PID control system realized by Siemens S7 programming for dissolved oxygen are proposed.
