冷轧薄板激光焊机激光梁伺服控制的实现

摘    要:本文针对冷轧薄板激光焊接的控制特点,研究了焊机激光梁的工艺控制流程,并据此提出了实现该动作过程的伺服控制方案.系统主要由西门子S7-400、SIMODRIVE 611U变频器、1FK7交流同步伺服电机等来组成.采用PROFIBUS-3DP通信,保证了参数的快速、准确传递.实现了激光梁伺服控制的快速性和准确性.

Abstract:The operation process of Laser beam of welding machine in the cold-rolled sheet metal production line were introduced,according to these designed the servo control scheme.Siemens s7-400,SIMODRIVE 611U inverter,1FK7 AC synchronous servo motor,etc were adopted in the control system.The PROFIBUS-3 DP communication was also adopted to ensure the parameters of the rapid and accurate relay.The servo control of the laser beam could be carried out efficiently and accurately.
