实时网络视频监控系统在河南电力的应用

摘    要:结合河南电网实际情况和新型图像监控技术,介绍了河南省重要变电站实时网络数字视频监控系统的设计方案。根据具体工程,分析了H.264/AVC标准视频压缩技术、流媒体服务器技术、通道虚级联技术和IP组播技术的应用,并详细阐述了该系统的建设和运行情况。该系统的竣工投运填补了省网长距离、大范围、多站点图像监控的空白,为实现电网调度多媒体化奠定了良好的理论和实践基础。

Abstract:This paper introduces the design scheme of a real-time digital video monitoring system in some important substations of Henan Electric Power Company.Based on an actual project,the paper analyses the standard video coding compression technique H.264/AVC,streaming media server technique,E1 channel virtual concatenation and IP multicasting.It also describes the situation of construction and operation of the system in detail.The system has not only filled in the blank of Henan Electric Power Grid in video monitoring system with long distance,wide range and multi-substations,but also established a good foundation of theories and practices for using of multimedia in electric power dispatching.
