汽车主减速器弧齿锥齿轮数控机床加工方法的研究

摘    要:从弧齿锥齿轮的数控机床加工原理入手,分析了汽车主减速器弧齿锥齿轮数控机床加工过程中的运动关系,提出了在数控机床上粗、精加工汽车主减速器弧齿锥齿轮的算法。加工实验结果表明:汽车主减速器弧齿锥齿轮能够采用数控机床加工,并能保证高的加工质量,对单件或小批量生产特别有效,对维修行业很有价值。

Abstract:According to the numerical control lathe machining principle of arc tooth taper gear,this text analyzed the movement relation of numerical control lathe machining course of automotive main decelerator arc tooth taper gear.And it introduced the thick and finish machining arithmetic of automotive main decelerator arc tooth taper gear on numerical control lathe.Processing experiment result indicated:automotive main decelerator arc tooth taper gear could adopt numerical control lathe to machine,and ensure good machining quality,and was effective especially to single or slight production,and valuable to service trade.
