摘    要:在介绍了国内外井下电网漏电保护现状的基础上 ,分析了目前各种选择性漏电保护原理存在的不足 ,提出了一种基于故障分量有功功率的井下低压电网选择性漏电保护新原理 ,给出了基于此原理的动作判据算法模型 ,该判据对漏电故障具有很高的选择性能 .最后对阻尼电阻的选择问题进行了论述

Abstract:Based on the overview of ground fault protection for underground distribution networks at home and abroad, disadvantages of principles were analyzed for all kinds of selective ground fault protection being used currently. A principle realizing selective ground fault protection was put forward for underground LV distribution networks. It is based on active power of faulted components. The algorithm model of action criterion was presented. This action criterion will be with very good selectivity to ground fault can be obtained. Finally, the selective principle of damping resistance was discussed.
