漫湾水电站圆筒阀的安装与调试

圆筒阀（下称筒阀）的结构及布置都与蝶阀、球阀不同，它设在水轮机活动导叶和固定导叶之间。当调速器或导水机构失灵时，可动水关闭保护机组，起到快速闸门的作用。筒阀与蝶阀、球阀相比，具有结构紧凑、重量轻等优点，但它不能作检查闸门用，故不适用有叉管的机组。

The cylinder valve is quite different from the butterfly valve and the ball valve in construction and arrangement.The cylinder valve is placed between the movable vane and the stationary guide vane.When thespeed governor and the guide mechanism fail to work,the cylinder valve can function as a stop gate for protecting the turbogenerating unit.In comparison with the butterfly valve and the ball valve the cylinder valveis more compact and less heavier. However,it cannot be uses as a bulkhead gate.
