井下钻柱纵向振动特性分析

摘    要:针对钻柱纵向振动影响钻头寿命和加剧钻柱疲劳破坏的问题,把整体钻柱作为研究对象,建立钻柱振动方程,采用动力有限元方法求解该模型。研究表明,稳定器的数量及尺寸等参数对钻柱组合的纵向振动力影响不大,给出的钻柱纵向振动分析动力学模型和求解方法合理有效。

Abstract:Aiming at the longitudinal vibration that effected bit service life and exacerbated drill string fatigue failure, the whole drill string was used for study to establish vibration formula with dynamic FEA method to obtain the solution. The study showed that less effectiveness was caused by the quantity and dimension of stabilizer upon longitudinal vihration and the given dynamics model deduced and solution method was reasonable and efficient.
