| 摘 要： | 文章分别介绍了声波吹灰器和蒸汽吹灰器在选择性催化还原反应(SCR)系统中应用的技术特点,并从设备投资、运行成本、维护费用等方面进行了经济性分析和比较。运行实践表明:声波吹灰器在安全性、可靠性方面可以满足SCR反应器吹灰的需要,而且在节能、运行成本、维护成本方面优于蒸汽吹灰器。

| Abstract: | The paper briefs the technical features of application of aconstic soot blower and steam soot blower in the selective catalytic reduction(SCR) reaction system, carries out the analysis and comparison of economics in terms of equipment investment, operation cost and maintenance cost etc. Operation practice shows that, acoustic soot blower can satisfy the requirements of SCR reactor for soot blowing in the terms of safety and reliability, and is superior to the steam soot blower in connection with energy-saving, operation cost and maintenance cost. |
