LDO-70重油高效转化催化剂的工业应用

介绍了LDO-70重油降烯烃催化裂化催化剂在乌鲁木齐石化公司120万吨/年催化装置的工业应用情况。结果表明，与空白标定相比，总结标定油浆下降0.35%，干气和焦炭分别下降了0.50%和0.77%，装置总液收上升了1.69%，轻质油收率上升了1.45%，丙烯增加1.1个百分点，汽油辛烷值RON提高1.7个单位。LDO-70催化剂具有强的重油转化能力、良好的产品分布、增产丙烯和提高汽油辛烷值的特点。

COMMERCIAL APPLICATION OF LDO-70 EFFICIENT CONVERSION CATALYST FOR HEAVY OIL

The commercial application of LDO-70 catalyst for residue catalytic cracking in the 1.2 Mt?a-1 RFCC unit of PetroChina Wulumqi Petrochemical Company was introduced. Compared with base case, the slurry yield decreases by 0.35%, the yield of dry gas and coke reduces by 0.50% and 0.77%, respectively. The commercial results also show that the total liquid yield increases by 1.69%, the light oil yield increases by 1.45%. Especially the additional increment of propylene of 1.1%, and 1.7 units RON of gasoline are obtained. LDO-70 catalyst can significantly increase heavy oil conversion and propylene yield and improve the product distribution and the octane number of gasoline.
