凝汽器水环真空泵运行安全性的提高

摘    要:阐述了水环真空泵组的工作原理和工作流程,并就内蒙古蒙华海勃湾发电厂在定期切换水环真空泵时,由于入口电动门的差压连动开关误动导致凝汽器真空下降造成的停机事故进行了认真研究分析,发现事故原因是由于水环真空泵组的系统设计存在问题造成的。通过实施技术改造,在水环真空泵入口管路上加装止回阀,并进行了长期试验,彻底解决了凝汽器真空泵正常运行及切换过程由于故障所引起的降真空停机事故。

Abstract:The principle and workflow of the water-surround-vacuum pump is introduced in detail, and in connection with the Inner Mongolian Menghua Haibowan Power Plant switching the water-surround-pump regularly, shut-down accident is caused by the entry electronic-valve fault. The accident conscientiously is researched and analyzed. It is discovered the design problem of the water-surround-vacuum pump system. The technical transformation is implemented to install the non-return valve in the pump entry pipeline, and long-term test is carried on. The result has shown that the vacuum-drop and shut-down accident of switching the water-surround-vacuum pump has been solved successfully.
