| Abstract: | This paper describes the connection of a Web server with a database system using the IDC technology of Microsoft Internet Information Server (IIS). It presents in detail the programming method of complete bottom-up implementation of electronic forums on Web sites. Users can exchange information in real time on the browser in such a system. |
