消失模铸钢件表面合金化铸渗机理研究

摘    要:利用干砂消失模工艺对铸钢件表面铸渗进行了研究 ,通过建立数学模型对铸渗过程中钢液的传输进行了理论分析 ,对合金颗粒形成的孔道半径与铸渗量的关系提出了新的见解 ,给出了铸渗量与孔道半径的关系式 ;用正交试验对合金粉末的粒度和加入量、合金涂层厚度等因素进行了考证 ,给出了最佳工艺配方 ,所获得的合金化层厚度可达 10mm以上。

Abstract:The effect of EPC process with dry sand on the surface alloying of steel casting was studied.Based on establishment of mathematical model,the theoretical analysis was conducted on the transfer of steel melt during infiltration,thus putting forward a new concept on relationship between the radius of vents formed by alloy grains and the amount of infiltration.Some factors such as grain size and addition amount of alloy powder and thickness of alloying coating layers,were discussed using orthogonal testing method,the optimum ingredient was obtained.The thickness of alloying layer on the surface of steel castings could be more than 10mm.
