摘    要:采用PMC程序和宏程序相结合的方法控制配备FANUC 0i-MD系统加工中心的凸轮式刀库,详细介绍刀库I/O接线图、随机换刀PMC程序和宏程序.该控制方法设计合理,使用方便,稳定可靠,对同类加工中心设计调试具有借鉴作用.

Abstract:The method combining PMC program and macro program was used to control the cam-type tool library of the machining center equipped with FANUC 0i-MD system.The wiring diagram of the tool library,the tool-changing PMC program and macro program were introduced.The control method has many advantages,such as,reasonable design,easy to use,good stability and reliability.It provides reference for the design and debugging of similarly machining center.
