摘    要:在保证矿用汽车行星齿轮减速器总体尺寸和传动比基本不变的条件下,以接触应力安全系数为优化目标,以齿轮齿数和变位系数为优化变量,基于MATLAB采用复合形法进行优化设计。通过对离散变量进行序列化处理,大大简化了优化程序。通过优化设计,接触应力明显降低,使用寿命显著提高。

Abstract:The general dimension and the transmission ratio of the planetary reducer for mining trucks being remaining unchanged,the safety coefficient of the contact stress was selected as the optimization goal and the dent number and the addendum coefficient as the optimization variables,the complex shape method was applied to carry out the optimization design based on MATLAB.The serialized process of the discrete variables greatly simplified the optimization procedure.After the optimization design,the contact stress reduced remarkably and the lifespan increased greatly.
