无汞纸板电池低温点蚀的研究

摘    要:对R6无汞纸板电池进行了封口实验、氧气气氛实验和真空包装实验.对电池的开路电压变化分析和解剖研究的结果表明:封口不严导致氧气侵入电池,是造成低温点蚀的重要原因.

Abstract:Sealing experiment, pure oxygen condition experiment and vacuum package experiment were used for mercury-free paper-lined R6 batteries. The results of open circuit voltage change analysis and dissection analysis of the batteries showed that the main cause of spot-corrosion at low temperature was that the sealing was not air-tight resulted in oxygen diffusion into the battery.
