摘    要:介绍了一种光纤液体浓度传感器实时检测系统。该系统采用了8031单片机作为系统控制和数据处理部件,控制发光二极管(LED)作为光源脉冲发光、超声波清洗器定时对光纤U型敏感元件进行清洗。这个实验装置克服了发光二极管本身的一些不足之处。采用了8031单片机以后测量精度提高了一个数量级。实验以食盐和蔗糖溶液为测量对象,浓度分辨率达到0.04%.这个实验装置的显著优点是体积小、可靠性高、价格便宜,并且已经做成成品。

Abstract:This work presents a testing system using optical fiber sensor to measure liquid concentration changes in real time. The system uses 8031 single chip microcomputer as controlling and data disposal part which controls LED shining in an equal interval and makes ultrasonic generator clean the U-shaped detector timing. The experimental configuration overcomes the disadvantages of LED, and enhances the measuring precision to a high level. The tested objects are salt and sucrosesolution, while providing a high resolution on the order of 0. 04% concentration or better. The experimental configuration is small, reliable, and inexpensive and has been made as finished product.
