铸态铁素体球墨铸铁生产工艺的研究

摘    要:铸铁是产量最大的铸造合金,其中球墨铸铁的综合性能最好,铁素体球墨铸铁具有良好的塑性和韧性。目前,我国工厂多采用将铸态球墨铸铁经过退火处理的工艺生产铁素体球墨铸铁,这使得生产工艺复杂,生产周期加长,成本增加。本研究中通过调整终硅量,采用瞬时孕育处理等工艺方法直接得到了铸态铁素体球墨铸铁。结果表明,采用瞬时孕育处理及增加终硅量,可使石墨球径变小,球化率升高,铁素体量增多,力学性能已达到或超过了国家标准。

Abstract:The cast iron has the biggest output in cast alloy.The properties of the ductile iron are the best.The ferrite ductile iron has good plastic and toughness.At present,many factories get ferrite ductile iron by heat treatment in our country,which prolongs the period of production and increases the cost of it.The experiment has been performed to obtain ferrite nodular iron of casting by changing the quantity of silicon and using instantaneous inoculants and so on.The results show that instantaneous inoculants and the increment of the quantity of last-silicon make the graphite's diameter diminishes,the rate of circular graphite and the quantity of ferrite increase,and the mechanical property of ferrite nodular iron of casting has already reached or exceeded the national standard.
