A2/O工艺处理焦化废水

摘    要:简述了生物脱氮工艺处理焦化废水的基本原理、工艺流程和主要控制要求,介绍了某企业采用该工艺处理焦化废水的调试运行过程和结果,可使废水中氨氮从150mg/L~250mg/L降至15mg/L以下,并且出水中COD基本维持在100mg/L左右,达到了《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978-1996)的二级标准。

Abstract:The philosophy,process and main control requirement for biological denitrification process were introduced.Removal of NH3-N is the key to coking wastewater treatment by A2/O method.Using this method NH3-N concentration was reduced from 150-250 mg/L to less than 15mg/L.Effluent COD was kept at no more than 100 mg/L.The treated water can live up to class-II criteria specified in Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard(GB8978-1996).
